Health & Safety Manager – Growing Housebuilder
Location: Warwick or Nottingham
We’re supporting a growing housebuilder that is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to help take the business to its next stage of growth. This is a key role for someone who enjoys shaping systems, leading change and building a strong safety culture in a scaling organisation.
The role
1. Lead and develop Health & Safety across multiple housing sites.
2. Implement new policies, procedures and reporting as the business grows.
3. Work with directors and site teams to manage change and embed a positive safety culture.
4. Ensure full compliance with UK H&S legislation and industry best practice4
About you
1. Experience in residential house-building or construction, ideally within a growing SME.
2. Proven track record of implementing new H&S systems and managing organisational change.
3. NEBOSH (or equivalent) – IOSH/CMIOSH membership desirable or working towards.
4. Confident communicator who can influence at all levels.
