Here is an audacious piece of architecture, this extension was built to create a new entrance hall to an already spectacular property.
Along the way we found the existing roof was suffering from poor installation only 10 years ago leading to failure from inside out. This then led to our good friends at Cornwall Zinc replacing over 250m2 of Zinc roof along while upgrading the insulation along the way.

The roof is now back on with new structural Timbers with Lime inset panels hiding behind the Hessian.

We are so lucky to live in Cornwall, our landscapes change dramatically in such a small area of land. From Farming to Fishing and Sporting to Science with Touristy and industry, Arts and crafts.

As life indeed moves so fast, it’s important to stand back sometimes to make sure you are moving in the right direction.

As a construction company it’s easy to lust after bigger, brighter, smarter homes. But let’s take a minute to appreciate the fine simplicity of this craftsmanship.
This is a clients desire, an Architect’s design and a team of craftsman’s artwork.

What an awesome day at the Liskeard Show, Neil and I had the pleasure of meeting some lovely new people and saying hello to some good friends!
We had great support from our families and local businesses we work with throughout the year.

We held a digital timer competition to win a 3 course meal at the fabulous Talland Bay hotel, it was Neck and Neck throughout the day with contenders coming close to the winners, but not close enough!
