🏡 Is your conservatory too hot in summer and freezing in winter?
Then why not turn it into a room you can actually enjoy all year round?
Take a look at this recent transformation completed by Devon Leadwork & Roofing Ltd.
The customer had an existing conservatory with an old pyramid-style roof which simply wasn’t giving them the comfortable, usable living space they wanted.
We removed the existing conservatory roof and transformed the area with a new fully insulated warm flat-roof system, creating a much more substantial extension to the home.
The finished project included a new insulated roof construction, flat-roof waterproofing system, rooflight to retain natural daylight, new external finishes and alterations around the existing windows — while internally creating a warm, bright and comfortable room that can be enjoyed through summer and winter.
The difference is huge. What was once a traditional conservatory now feels like a proper part of the home. ❤️
If you have an older conservatory that barely gets used because it's too hot, too cold or simply feels dated, replacing the roof could completely transform the space without having to start again with a whole new extension.
