I finished this job today. The majority of my
lead work is incorporated into my roofing projects just like this.
50% of what I do is about creating lead details where there wasn’t any before.
For those who don’t know this is called a soak away system.
You always need exit points for the rain and trying to make the window sill part of the roof was always going to fail eventually. 🙄
Now the water can flow out of either side of the roof instead of soaking down through the concrete like it was before.
It’ll get painted when the house gets done later on in the year.

That’s this one finished. I took these pictures just before I started bedding on the ridges.

I always love how nice these kind of solar panels look on a roof. Not an easy task if you don’t know what you’re doing.
