Great landscaping isn’t about filling a garden with features.

It’s about creating spaces that people genuinely want to spend time in.

For this project, we transformed an unused area of the garden into a bespoke outdoor living space, featuring curved rendered seating, large format porcelain paving and a dedicated fire pit area, all linked back to the property with a striking porcelain pathway.

Every detail was carefully planned and professionally constructed to create a space that is both visually impressive and built to stand the test of time.

NEW BUILD GARDEN TRANSFORMATION | NANTWICH

Most new-build gardens are handed over with plenty of potential, but very little usable outdoor living space.

Our brief was simple:

Create a garden that feels larger, more functional and worthy of the property itself.

The sweeping curved border softens the space, the large format porcelain creates a clean contemporary finish, and the generous patio area provides plenty of room for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The result is a garden that not only looks better, but works better.

At AMS Landscapes Cheshire Ltd, we don’t chase volume. We take on a limited number of projects each year, allowing us to focus on quality, detail and customer experience from start to finish.

Not every stage of a garden transformation is glamorous, but the work beneath the surface is what makes the difference.

We’re currently constructing a raised decking area as part of a larger garden renovation here in Cheshire.

Before a single decking board is installed, we’ve completed the structural timber framework, protected with a black bitumen coating to help maximise longevity, alongside the groundwork and foundations required to ensure a solid, long-lasting build.

Most people only ever see the finished result. We believe the hidden work is just as important.

Quality landscaping isn’t just about how it looks on day one , it’s about how it performs for years to come.

Something a little different on this garden transformation in Nantwich 👌

This bespoke circular porcelain feature was fully cut into the patio by hand to create a dedicated focal seating area within the space.

Swipe through to see the process behind it, from the initial set out and cutting stages, right through to the finished result.

The contrast between the darker porcelain and the sandstone circle completely changes the feel of the garden and adds a real design feature to the patio area.

It’s details like this that take a garden from standard to bespoke.

Designed and built to create a clean, modern outdoor space with a strong focus on detail, balance and long-term finish quality.

This full garden renovation included large-format porcelain paving, precision granite edging, fresh turf installation and decorative gravel borders to frame the space and keep the overall design sharp and minimal.

A huge amount of preparation goes into projects like these long before the finished materials are laid. Proper groundwork, accurate levels and attention to detail throughout are what allow a project to not only look premium on completion, but continue performing and looking right for years to come.

A lot of what makes a garden last is the work most people never see.
From structural sleeper work and drainage through to sub base preparation and finishing details, every stage matters if you want the finished result to perform properly long term.
This project involved multiple retaining sleeper beds, full ground preparation, integrated drainage and large format paving installation across the entire garden space.

🚧 We’re Hiring – Experienced Landscaping Labourer 🚧

Due to continued demand and a strong forward order book, AMS Landscapes Cheshire LTD is expanding the team.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced landscaping labourer to support our lead installers on high-quality garden transformation projects across Cheshire and surrounding areas.

This role would suit someone who already understands how a professional paving site runs and can work efficiently alongside an installer without needing constant direction.

The role involves:
• Mixing mortar and slurry confidently
• Keeping materials flowing and work areas organised
• Supporting porcelain and paving installation
• Staying ahead of the installer and helping maintain workflow
• Keeping the site clean, safe and tidy throughout the working day
• Maintaining high standards across all aspects of the job

Requirements:
• Previous landscaping or groundwork experience essential
• Must be able to travel to site independently each day
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
• Reliable and able to work as part of a small professional team

This position will initially be temporary with the opportunity to move into a full-time employed (cards-in) role for the right person, including paid holidays and ongoing work as the company continues to grow.

Pay negotiable depending on experience. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a growing team delivering high-standard projects.
