A steady cedar tree reduction in Chellaston to finish off the week. ☀️ it’s not all big trees and heavy machinery, sometimes it’s nice to have an afternoon with secateurs in your hand going back to basics! ✂️

As a boss, I get a great sense of pride when our apprentices go above and beyond to push themselves to be the best arborist they can be. Last week i let Pete take the lead on this hedge reduction and the final result speaks for itself. 🤩

We kicked of the week with this huge multi stem silver birch tree in Etwall. It had 5 phone wires running through it which made it slightly tricky but we got the job done 💪🏼 once again, great team work from the lads.

A great day by our team getting these 5 conifers down in Lenton, Nottingham. Safely removed with busy pedestrian traffic on the other side of the wall due to the university. It stayed dry until the minute we left site! Perfect timing. Well done lads 👏🏼

Every now and again as a tree surgeon you get asked to remove trees because they are either getting too big for the area or the roots start causing damage. Sometimes customers just decide that they no longer want to deal with the amount of leafs every autumn or the amount of pigeon poo which keeps landing on the car. Whatever the reason it’s the customers choice to remove the tree if they are allowed to and the tree doesn’t have a tree preservation order.
