Independent snagging report intending to provide clarity to buyers of new homes who dont necessary have knowledge of what to pick up on their home snagging. Red, Amber and Green priority levels given to separate items that require attention, or need to be marked as a concern or within tolerance.
The reports are opinion based and are designed to give customers clarity. Documents can be handed to house builders to bring their attention to issues which should be resolved withing the 2 year warranty period. These are not official surveyors documents but can be used to back up customer care items raised to the house builder as all tolerances are identified and photographic evidence provided.
