rom pre-sales advice and staircase measurement through to installation and maintenance. We in turn are committed to supporting our dealers to the highest level, with regular visits, technical training, marketing materials and great customer service. Each territory is served by a dedicated team consisting of a sales manager, sales coordinators to look after day-to-day order processing, and technical support. We are based in North East England, with additional sales and technical staff working across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Our teams are made up of regional natives and foreign language specialists, and collectively we can speak 15 languages.
