Copa Del Weigh Round 1 | Matchday squad

Here’s the squad that will welcome Strathearn United F.C. tomorrow to the capital for the opening round of the Copa Del Weigh.

The boys will be looking to put right the wrongs of the season so far and progress to the next round if the cup, given Strathearns cup run last season we know this won’t be an easy feat.

Copa Del Weigh Round 1

This week sees us have a break from league action as our cup adventure starts this week against a Strathearn United F.C. team who we’ve only met once and that was in their vetting game. Both teams have struggled to get out of first gear in the league.

The boys will be looking to put the disappointing start to the league campaign behind them and get the ball rolling.

Administrative Assistant

Hours: ​ Full-time – 40 hours per week

We are a successful and well-established steeplejack company looking to recruit a reliable and organised administrative assistant to join our team at our office in Newtongrange.

This is a varied and important role within the business, ideal for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day office responsibilities and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities May Include

• General office administration and daily office management
• Answering telephone calls and handling email enquiries
• Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing quotations, invoices, and other documentation
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Assisting management with general administrative duties
• Maintaining a professional and organised office environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Good organisational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A professional and friendly manner
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Previous office experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
