We’ve recently completed this large-scale internal reconfiguration for a private school in Folkestone, transforming several smaller rooms into one spacious, functional common room with a brand new kitchen area.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic upgrade — this was full structural alteration from start to finish.

🔨 Removal of 2 load-bearing walls to form one large open-plan space
📐 Additional structural opening formed & opposing side blocked up to improve layout and flow
🛁 2 en-suites fully removed
🍽️ New kitchen supplied and installed
🔥 Radiators renewed, relocated & pipework altered
⚡ Electrical sockets repositioned & additional outlets installed
💡 Converted to 2-way lighting system & kitchen lighting rerouted
📏 68sqm floor levelled and prepared
🧩 68sqm LVT flooring installed throughout

All structural engineering drawings and Building Control were arranged and managed by us, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free for the client.

We recently completed this full porch refurbishment, completely transforming the entrance and giving the property a fresh new look while keeping it in character with the existing building.

Works included:
🔨 Structural alterations ( cut and pitch roof)
🪵 New external cladding & framework
🚪 Installation of new door
🎨 Full exterior redecoration with new tiled pitched roof
🧱 Brickwork repairs & finishing
🧩 New Victorian style floor tiles internally

Little update-

Internals all completed on the refurb in folkestone 🫡
Externals well underway with a couple of days left front and then on to the back for the facias/soffits,guttering, porcelain slabbing and fibreglass flat roof porch.

Whilst the team have been plugging away with the renovation the second half of the team have been completing various smaller projects ✌🏻

Earlscliffe-
40sqm of brickworks removed and replaced due to tree roots pushing the wall down; replaced with fencing for the longevity and ease of pruning when needed.

5sqm of brickworks removed due to another whopper of a tree pushing the wall down and the space utilised into a new bin shed to free up space in the front garden for the students.

Emergency call out Marten Road-
Cast iron guttering failed and took down the corner of a slate roof whilst dangling above 2 conservatories being held on by a single bolt each side.
State roof repaired and full cast iron lengths replaced with UPVC plastic including down pipes. From quotation to work commencing within 2 days.

Redecoration of a front of house porch that hasn’t been done in over 25 years 👀

A few finish pics of the renovation inside for good measure ( couldn’t capture any between the carpet fitters and removal men) so it’s the best we’ve got 🙄 😂

Renovation coming along nicely in folkestone.
Really starts to pull things together when you start spraying 🎨
Bathroom 90% complete and functional and the same with the kitchen.
So much has gone into this rennovation to much to say.
Another couple weeks and then on to the externals, the team have worked super hard and the customer is starting to get exited to be able to move in ahead of schedule 🔨.

Couple of weeks into a complete refurbishment on a 3 story Victorian House in folkestone. Didn’t manage to get any snaps...
