This stunning dormer loft conversion has completely transformed our clients' home, creating a bright, spacious new living area without increasing the footprint of the property.

One of the biggest advantages of many rear dormer loft conversions is that they can often be completed under Permitted Development, meaning no planning permission is required.

As with all of our projects, the homeowners received a fixed price quote before work began, giving them complete peace of mind from start to finish.

If you're thinking about creating more space without moving home, we'd be happy to discuss your options.

Really appreciate these kind words from a recent porch project in Frome

Desmond and his wife did their research before choosing us, so hearing they valued our professionalism and quality of finish means a lot.

We work hard to make the whole process straightforward, from fixed price quotes to our Quality Completion Guarantee, designed to give homeowners extra peace of mind.

If you’re an architect who’s ever recommended a builder, only to have that project run over budget, drag on, or fall apart…

you know how quickly that comes back on you.

Suddenly it’s not the builder’s problem.

It’s your reputation on the line.

That’s exactly why we built Findlays Construction differently.

We run projects on fixed price quotes agreed upfront, clear schedules before work starts, and structured project management from day one.

We’ve got a full-time in-house team set up to handle three to five projects at a time, so nothing gets rushed or dropped.

And every project comes with our Quality Completion Guarantee, meaning your clients hold back 5% until everything is finished exactly as promised.

A cheap quote means nothing if the builder takes your money and disappears.

We’ve seen it happen too many times.

That’s why every project we take on is structured properly from the start.

✔ Fixed price agreed upfront, not an estimate that changes halfway through

✔ Proper contract tied directly to a clear scope of works

✔ Everything defined before we even start, so there are no grey areas

✔ Stage payments linked to progress, just the way it should be!
