Here’s a garage conversion we helped with in the lead up to Christmas 🎄

We had to get heating supplies, hot and cold supplies and a new waste direct to the man hole to accommodate a new bathroom and kitchen sink 🚿🚰

It has turned out amazing and the customer had their new flat ready to move into just in time for the new year 🎆🎉

Here’s a couple of repairs we recently done for a returning customer in Stanley 📍

The Worcester system boiler was losing pressure constantly, new expansion vessel needed 💧

The other one had a split flow unit and was also dropping pressure so we changed the part and recharged the vessel, both boilers up and running ready for the winter 🥶

Here’s a job we’ve recently done for a customer in low fell having a new kitchen 🫧🧑‍🍳

We were called after the plastering was complete meaning surface ran pipework was the only option🤷‍♂️

We done what we do best and cut out the old pipework to move and replace the existing feeds to suit the new kitchen layout along with moving the cold mains stopcock for easier access 🔧

Here’s a job we recently done in an opticians located in Hexham market square 📍

This one was a full refurb so everything stripped out for building works and re fit when ready, we fitted this water heater to supply two hand wash sinks and re fitted three radiators in new positions💧

This was one of the more difficult repairs with access being limited, the boiler had to come off for a new expansion vessel and PRV then re fitted 🏋️

We always try to repair boiler breakdowns first before replacing, providing it’s cost affective for the customer as we do truly have your best interests at heart when using our services 🔧
