🚨 WE’RE RECRUITING – DRIVER / ROOFING LABOURER 🚨

As we prepare for our busy Autumn/Winter period, Dennison Roofing Services is looking to recruit an experienced Driver / Roofing Labourer to support our team.

📅 Approximate start date: Mid-September 2026
🔨 Position: Driver / Roofing Labourer
📄 Basis: Sub-contractor
⭐ Opportunity: There is potential for the right person to become a permanent member of our team.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have previous roofing labouring experience and be confident working within a busy roofing environment.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Minimum 1 year’s experience as a roofing labourer
✅ Full, clean UK driving licence – licence checks will be carried out
✅ Previous experience driving a works/company van
✅ Experience collecting and transporting roofing materials from merchants
✅ Confident working at height and from scaffolding/ladders
✅ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
✅ Reliable, punctual and hardworking
✅ Able to work outdoors throughout the Autumn and Winter months
✅ Good health and safety awareness
✅ Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a roofing team
✅ Professional and respectful when working at customers’ properties
✅ Takes pride in keeping vans, tools and work areas clean and organised

Experience with pitched roofing, slating, tiling, guttering, fascia/soffits or flat roofing would be advantageous.

We’re looking for somebody dependable who can support our roofers, help keep jobs running efficiently and take responsibility for driving the company van when required.

✅ PROJECT COMPLETE – HOPE FAMILY CHURCH, WASHINGTON

We’re pleased to share the finished result of our 400m² complete roof replacement at Hope Family Church in Washington.

After sharing the project while works were underway, it’s fantastic to now step back and see the completed transformation. A roof of this size takes careful organisation, teamwork and plenty of hard work on site, and we’re incredibly proud of the finished result.

This has been a genuine full-team effort from start to finish, and a huge thank you goes to everyone involved for the commitment they’ve shown throughout the project.

For a building that plays such an important part within its community, completing a project of this scale and leaving it with a renewed roofing system is something we’re very proud to have been trusted with.

Last week and continuing into this week, our full team has been working together on the complete replacement of this impressive 400m² roof at Hope Family Church in Washington.

Projects of this size require careful planning, skilled workmanship and a genuine team effort from everyone involved. We are incredibly proud of how our team has come together, working hard each day to protect a building that means so much to the people who use it.

There is still work to be completed, but the transformation is already taking shape, and we cannot wait to share the finished result.
