In the early days our main service focus was window cleaning. We worked hard to build relationships with commercial customers on trust and performance. Our high quality service allowed for steady growth and provided us the opportunity to expand in to new service areas to help meet the needs of our clients.
We are now able to offer our clients a variety of services, all under one roof to help them manage their properties with ease. Our services now include office and commercial cleaning, window and common area cleaning, pest control, grounds maintenance and seasonal services, drone surveys, reactive repairs and property maintenance, and high level and gutter cleaning.
Our teams of operatives are fully trained, uniformed and certified to deliver services in a safe, professional manner, resulting in high quality finish.
Contact us today to see how are range of services can help you.

We started business over 40 years ago, 1984, as a small family run business. Our main focus in those early days was providing office and window cleaning services in Glasgow. The core value was a hands on, customer focused approach, built on trust reliability and results.
Over the decades that core value remains the same and has been the foundation that has helped us grow and become one of Scotland’s most trusted providers of cleaning and maintenance solutions to commercial clients, housing associations, property managers and public sector organisations. We have been able to expand the business in to new service areas and also operations to serve not only Scotland but the wider UK, delivering professional, safe and sustainable solutions to keep buildings and outdoor spaces looking their best all year round.

We have moved.
Our premises at Bogmoor Place served us well for the past 15 years, but in that time our business has grown and it no longer meets our business requirements. Time for a new, bigger space that will allow our business to grow further and to develop in to new areas of services.
Welcome to Garscube Road, the new home for Caledonian Maintenance Ltd. These premises better meet the needs out our business today. It has allowed us to bring together two office locations under one roof and more space for us to further grow and develop.
This new venture here is the next step we needed to take to better facilitate the needs of our clients and business. This central location (although currently under construction) is at the perfect junction of roads for access to clients both near and far.
Along side this move it felt like the perfect time to update and relaunch our website. Here you will be able to find out in greater detail the services we provide, who we are and how we can help you.
