We took a call from a childcare nursery school. Parents, their kids and the nursery staff were unable to get in to the property.
The staff said the door had been a bit problematic for a while. We attended immediately , the door was properly jammed.
No pressure - It's not everyday I have an audience!
Nevertheless, I gained access much to the delight of everyone. A broken tail was the culprit.
A new MPL and lock was fitted and the door was realigned.
A very satisfying job all round........

It was little wonder the customer in Healing couldn't lock their door, the lock had broken..... not to worry, we were able to attend the same day and fit the replacement!

VAN STOWAWAY!!

Found 'Jiminy Cricket' had hitched a ride home.

I'm guessing he'd seen our motto.... 'Keeping you secure!', so felt safe in getting a free ride.... 😂🤣
He stayed long enough to get the pics, then scarpered to the nearest hedge! 😊

We took a call from a concerned lady in Healing. Her front door lock was faulty and she concerned for the security of her family and property.

We were able to attend the same day, a new lock was fitted complimented with a new set of handles..... She was delighted and was keen to paint the door to complete the finish...

This unfortunate customer in Grimsby had only been in his new home for a few hours when he managed to lock himself out....

Not to worry, we were able to attend immediately. He was back in his property, less than half an hour after we received the call, leaving him to continue the unenviable task of unpacking.....

Got a call from a desperate tenant, he'd lost his room key on a night out.
Not to worry, we were able to attend, gain access and change the lock.
Surefire operation checked in the event of an emergency. Nice bit of kit.
We left the customer safe, secure and relieved.....

A simple fix of the keep and a lock swap was the order of the day on this job for a couple who had recently bought this house in Cleethorpes for all their family to use as a holiday home... we adjusted the doors too to make sure they operated perfectly...

SNAP!!.....Ooops
Got a call from a couple on the Wybers. They'd snapped their key in the lock. Luckily, we were able to attend immediately and extract the key!

No mess, no stress!!
