🔌 Landlords: did you know PAT testing isn't a legal requirement in England *BUT* your appliances still have to be proven safe?

Between the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations, the Landlord and Tenant Act, and HHSRS, there's a duty of care around anything you supply — things like kettles, heaters, TVs, and microwaves.

No PAT record = a much harder position with your insurer if something goes wrong.
