We are a family run business with over 50 years of experience within carpentry and construction. Over the past 6 years we have dedicated our time and effort in to specializing in a specific

field of loft access and storage but still the carpentry sector. Formally known as East Anglian Loft Ladders Ltd we made the bold decision to rebrand the company due to the high demand of enquiry outside the East Anglian area. Loft Ease was created to build a bigger brand within the industry as our hard work has not only been recognised by our customers with many 5-star reviews but also by awarding bodies being awarded Loft Contractor of The Year 2024 – 2025 for Central England by the Prestige Awards.

Seamless Access: Installed a premium T29 Telescopic loft ladder paired with a draft-proofed, insulated uPVC hatch positioned for smooth access right from the hallway.

Raised Storage Flooring: Built raised boarding on the LT220 system to give easy entry while keeping insulation intact.

Built-in Truss Shelving: Fitted a heavy-duty shelving along both sides of the truss braces, providing massive off-the-floor storage while keeping the main walkway completely clear.

From an awkward attic space to an organized, high-capacity storage zone!

Check out this clean loft hatch and ladder upgrade!

𝗕𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Installed a custom-made insulated loft hatch to maximize opening space and prevent heat loss.

𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗿: Fitted a sturdy 3-section aluminum loft ladder for safe, quick, and easy climbing into the attic.

Simple, tidy, and built to last.

We turned this attic into an ultra-organized, fully functional space:

𝗟𝗧𝟮𝟮𝟬 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Installed raised boarding down the centre section, leaving plenty of breathing room for insulation beneath.

C𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: Built dedicated shelving fitted directly between the truss braces on both sides, running gable-to-gable to double the usable storage.

𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Fitted a sturdy 3-section aluminum loft ladder directly into the existing hatch for simple, safe entry.

C𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Removed and responsibly disposed of all old, unsafe boarding.
