Nice external first floor garden room, PVC replacement windows, Bi-folds and roof from a rotting existing wood exterior, just to finish it off so the client could have fully retractable side opening wall as this was on the first floor we installed stainless steel exterior grade handrail with toughened laminated clear glass so no views where obstructed, stunning finish proud of all the lads on this one and clients absolutely over the moon so makes it worth while 👌🏻💪🏻👏🏻

New project completed today which has been a big improvement over the last few weeks.
Full re-wire to bathroom, toilet, kitchen, utility room and external soffits.
New spot lights to kitchen, bathroom external areas and ceiling lights to utility room, toilet and bathroom.
Decoration to utility room, downstairs toilet, kitchen and external areas plus glossing to all door frames.
Full bathroom set installed, new glass shower screen fitted.
Top to bottom new internal oak doors 10 in total with black nickel modern handles.
New kitchen doors to utility with PVC panel to the end panel and PVC plinth so easy to clean and last longer.
Fire alarms installed to each floor as a safety precaution over 3 floors.
New windows to Kitchen and utility.
New waste, grids and covers fitted with exterior tap and new hosepipe.
Overall looks a more modern and classy property good job all round.

Renovation project in Northenden Manchester coming to a finish now looking well just flooring and decorating to complete 👌🏻 quick transformation on this one with structural engineers involved, council sign, plumbing, full re-wire, plastering and full sign off including all the building work and joinery with alterations with all doors and kitchen but worth it for the clients who have been amazing 👍🏻
