They really impressed me with this one. Their time with me is paying off.

It's always a difficult decision to leave the team working, even when I know how capable they are. The business is my baby, and the progress made over the last few years is really paying off.

Big thanks to Robbie climbing, Harvey taking charge on the ground and the new groundie, Adam.

Robbie and I both jumped up the tree to speed the job up.
