🔨 Now it’s starting to look like a kitchen…

We’ve reached one of our favourite stages on our latest extension, fitting the kitchen.

After all the structural work, plumbing, electrics, plastering and preparation, this is the bit where we really start to see everything come together

And because the gaffer is a qualified joiner, we can take care of the kitchen fitting ourselves as part of the build.

That means our clients have one team managing the whole project, rather than having to coordinate different trades at every stage.

There’s still plenty to do, but we’re loving watching this one take shape.

Proud to show off this full house transformation we recently completed in Wakefield for our property investment business. This house went from unmortgageable to a safe, modern, energy efficient home 🏠

The scope:
🏠Structural - full reroof, rewire, removal of the chimney breast, back to brick throughout
🚪Interiors - new kitchen, new bathroom, replaster, new windows and doors
🎨 Finishing touches - new flooring throughout, full decor and carpets, garden landscaping

Big shout out to BRO Electrical Leeds LTD Wortley Windows & Doors Lockwood’s Decorators for their support in getting this project over the line

Starting to take shape…

There’s something about seeing the stud walls go up that makes a project start to feel real👌

This loft conversion is really starting to show its true character. The new dormer blends with the existing property, giving our clients valuable extra living space while looking like it’s always been part of the home.
