Vacancy - Trainee Electrician

Tecme Group Ltd is a well-established electrical contractor in South East Essex working across domestic, commercial, and light industrial sectors. Our projects range from home rewires and lighting upgrades to office refurbishments and retail fit-outs. We are committed to training the next generation of skilled electricians by providing real on-site experience alongside industry-recognised qualifications.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual, aged 16-18 years, to join our team as a Trainee Electrician. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians, gaining hands-on skills in both domestic and commercial environments.
From day one, you’ll be part of a supportive team and following a successful probationary period will have the chance to progress towards your Electrical Installation qualifications.

Requirements:

• No prior electrical experience required – full training provided
• Keen interest in the electrical trade and willingness to learn
• Good practical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) desirable
