I had committed to my next post not being another EV charger, as we've been doing loads of interesting work over the last couple of weeks...

BUT I had to share this Andersen Quartz we’ve just installed in Hockley. 👌

Such a smart-looking charger and a really nice finish on this one.

Another Hypervolt installed today, this time in Basildon!

We’re going through a little flurry of these at the moment. The Hypervolt is typically our second most popular home charger after the Ohme range, offering many of the same key features, including smart charging, tariff integration, load management and solar charging.

Another Hypervolt Home Pro 3 installed!

For this one, the customer had already pulled the cable through ready for us — thinking they were saving me from attempting to squeeze through a particularly narrow loft! 😂

Alongside the EV charger installation, we also replaced the consumer unit at the same time, getting everything upgraded and future-ready in one visit.

Super proud today.

This weekend all of us at Voltstead had the pleasure of attending the wedding of our colleague and friend, Vinnie.

It was fantastic to see Vinnie and Jess begin the next chapter of their lives together as husband and wife.

Vinnie has been with us for just over a year, but in that time he's become a real part of the team. Being invited to share such an important day with him and Jess was a genuine honour, and it's something that says a lot about the culture we've built at Voltstead. We're proud to work alongside great people, but even prouder to call many of them friends.

We fitted the air conditioning... the customer supplied the artwork.

We couldn't resist making one tiny alteration. 😅

Another Samsung WindFree™ system installed in Westcliff-on-Sea, providing efficient cooling and heating all year round.

We're still taking bookings and providing quotations, although there is currently a national supply shortage, meaning lead times are significantly longer than usual.

🚨 OMG... Kieran's got his hair stuck in the air conditioner! 😱😂
..Don't worry, he hasn't. But this is the last air conditioning installation we'll be carrying out for a little while.

Unfortunately, there's currently a national shortage of air conditioning systems. This installation was pre-ordered months ago, but stock across the industry has now become extremely limited.

We have customers booked in and ready to go—we're simply waiting for manufacturers to catch up with demand.

As soon as stock becomes available, we'll let everyone know here, and all existing customers will continue to receive regular updates by email.

Thanks for bearing with us. It's frustrating for everyone, but we'll be back installing as soon as the units arrive! ❄️💙

5🌟 Thanks to our customer today who was so pleased with their Ohme installation they left us this review before we even left the house!

Keiron arrived on time, was friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. He completed the EV charger installation while I was at work and kept me up to date throughout. When he left, he left the area clean and tidy with no mess for me to clean up. 100% would recommend
