Look back on 2023 #3 - What have we been working on this year?

We have seen a number of our high end residential projects completed this year , with some stunning architectural designs brought to life for our clients. Another great new project being undertaken by the team.

An exciting project, with a number of tasks, and one outcome - a stunning family home.
Beginning with a garage conversion and adding a rear balcony extension, two roof light balconies, and captivating glazing enhancements on both the front and rear elevations.
Goodbye to the old annexe, replaced with a modern marvel featuring an inviting external swimming pool and an outstanding patio area.
A beautiful Pavilion in the rear garden is designed for an outdoor kitchen and an extra special terrace dining experience.
The heart of the main house remains intact. Dandi Z Passerini has been working with CHC Construction and is carefully undertaking internal alterations while preserving the heritage of this listed building. It's a beautiful creation and a blend of the past and present.
