Hello to all my New and existing customers. We now have a new Management and Admin team and are making important changes to our company.
We are a family-run business and we take great pride in our work and have a strong commitment to our customers, we know we wouldn't be where we are today without you all so I want to take this opportunity to say thank you.
As a business, we have had to make these changes with a heavy heart as we appreciate these times are hard and things slip the mind when not in your everyday routine. Please know we haven't made these changes lightly.
All existing unpaid invoices, regardless of the time passed already will be requested to pay again, and for those who do not pay in the 30-day time frame from the requested date when we resend the invoice to you, AMG Plumbing and Heating will no longer be available to you for work.
From this point forward AMG will be charging an hourly rate plus materials for jobs and some jobs will require a deposit upfront and all jobs will require payment on completion.
