Soon, I will be taking on a challenge that is far outside my comfort zone: a skydive in support of CASPA.
Those who know me know that I am not naturally drawn to extreme sports. In fact, the thought of jumping out of a plane is quite terrifying. However, sometimes the most meaningful challenges are the ones that push us beyond our fears.
I have chosen to do this to support CASPA, a remarkable charity that has been helping autistic children, young people, adults, and their families for over 20 years. Through social clubs, activities, and support programmes, CASPA creates opportunities for autistic individuals to build confidence, develop relationships, learn new skills, and feel connected to their community.
The charity currently supports more than 500 autistic members each year, yet there are still many families waiting to access these invaluable services.
As someone who believes deeply in creating inclusive communities and improving people's lives, I am proud to support a cause that has such a positive and lasting impact.
This skydive is not just a personal challenge. It is an opportunity to raise awareness and help ensure that more autistic individuals and families receive the support they deserve.
If you would like to support me and contribute to this important cause, I would be incredibly grateful. Every donation, regardless of size, helps CASPA continue its life changing work.
