We’ve recently fitted these beautiful Laura Ashley chandeliers in a customer’s home, adding a stunning country-style feel to the space. 🏡💡

The perfect lighting can completely transform a room, and these chandeliers really bring warmth, character and elegance together beautifully.

Before & After ⚡

Look at the difference a few wee changes can make! 🔌✨

We’ve given this space a fresh new look with new sockets and under-cabinet lighting.

The new sockets have made the area look much cleaner and more modern, while the under-cabinet lighting really brings the whole space to life — giving it a warmer feel and making the worktop much more practical too.

It’s mad how much of a difference the right electrical work can make! 💡

⚡ Project Update – Distribution Board Upgrade

Works are currently in progress, with the distribution board upgrade being completed one panel at a time to minimise disruption and maintain continuity of service wherever possible.

This phased approach allows us to carry out the installation safely while reducing downtime for the client.

On completion, all works will be:
✔ Fully tested and inspected
✔ Certified in accordance with BS 7671
✔ Fully compliant with current Wiring Regulations
✔ Completed by a fully insured electrical contractor

We recently carried out a full house rewire from start to finish in just TWO days. Thanks to our experience and attention to detail, the work was completed with minimal disruption and no damage to the property.

This installation included:

✔️ New RCBO consumer unit fitted

✔️ New hardwired interlinked smoke alarm system
✔️ Fire sealing carried out

💡 Lighting Upgrade Completed by JOCS Electrical LTD

We recently carried out a lighting upgrade at RTF Lurgan, converting outdated fluorescent fittings to modern energy-efficient LED by re-engineering the existing light units.

This upgrade provides the client with:
• Lower electricity costs
• Reduced maintenance and replacement expenses
• Brighter and more reliable lighting
• Longer-lasting LED fittings compared to fluorescent lamps
• Improved safety by removing ageing fluorescent ballasts, which can become a fire hazard over time (as shown in the photos)

Older fluorescent fittings often contain ballasts that deteriorate with age, increasing the risk of overheating and failure. By upgrading to LED, the client now benefits from safer, more efficient, and more reliable lighting.
