Fantastic to finally get a site start on this scheme which we started work on in 2021 for EQUANS and is now being built out by HMS for Torus.

Torus Developments and Cheshire West and Chester Council will have delivered nearly 100 homes on the site of the now-demolished Phoenix House and Weaver Street depot when the project completes in mid-2029.

10 years after first starting work on the scheme, we finally handed over Keswick Gardens in Middleton to Riverside on Friday. 88 Extra Care Apartments and 10 bungalows on the site of 3 former tower blocks. Yesterday was so amongst other tasks, Zaccie and I visited our Holcombe Homes site in Failsworth for First Choice Homes to see the final roof cassettes being lifted on. Then onto our Extra Care scheme in Middleton for Vistry Partnerships which is looking amazing and being handed over to Riverside on Friday. 🏡🏗️
