Fantastic to finally get a site start on this scheme which we started work on in 2021 for EQUANS and is now being built out by HMS for Torus.

Torus Developments and Cheshire West and Chester Council will have delivered nearly 100 homes on the site of the now-demolished Phoenix House and Weaver Street depot when the project completes in mid-2029.
