This lead gully had split in multiple areas and was letting water into the property 🌧️ We replaced it with a brand new GRP system for a strong, long lasting watertight finish 💪

Bungalow Roof Refresh 🔨

Recently completed a strip, re-felt and re-batten on this bungalow roof. The existing tiles were still in good condition, so we carefully reused them to keep costs down for the customer, while replacing 5 ridge tiles to finish the job properly.

Before we started, the cement verge was breaking away and the tiles had no overhang, while the undercloak was hanging out by nearly an inch. After stripping everything back and setting the roof out correctly, we were able to relay the tiles with the correct overhang, improving both the look and the weather protection of the roof.

A good example of how proper preparation and setting out makes all the difference to the finished result.
