🔧 Leaking Lead Gully Repaired in Beaumont-cum-Moze, Essex 🏠

This lead gully had developed multiple splits and was allowing water to leak through. Unfortunately, a previous repair attempt by someone else had failed, leaving the problem unresolved.

Rather than simply patching it up again, we applied a more comprehensive solution. 👇

✅ Thoroughly cleaned the existing lead
✅ Applied Restec Roofing metal primer to prepare the surface
✅ Installed a Flexitec overlay system to create a continuous waterproof covering

The result? A refurbished, waterproofed lead gully with a fresh protective finish, helping prevent further water ingress and giving this vulnerable roof junction a new lease of life.

🏠 Balcony Roof Replacement

This balcony had an old felt covering that was beginning to fail, leaving the roof vulnerable to water ingress and further deterioration.

Rather than simply replacing it like-for-like, we installed a GRP overlay system, creating a durable, fully sealed finish designed to cope with the demands of an exposed balcony.

Because this is a balcony that will be walked on, we also incorporated non-slip granules into the finished surface, providing additional grip and making it much more suitable for regular foot traffic. 👌

🚧 Dunster House Guttering Upgrade 🚧

This Dunster House was originally installed without guttering, meaning rainwater was simply pouring straight off the roof not ideal when the rain comes down heavily! 🌧️

We fitted a deep-flow guttering system to provide much better rainwater collection and drainage.

Due to the large overhang from the roof, the guttering couldn’t simply be fixed directly to the building. We carefully built out the guttering system to bring it into the correct position and ensure the water is caught and directed away from the building effectively.

A practical solution, finished neatly and built to suit the existing structure. ✅
