SIS Group provide sports surfaces for a wide range of venues from international stadiums to community projects, including: World Cup Finals, African Cup of Nations, European Champions League, Six Nations Rugby, Real Madrid, Shakhtar Donetsk, Manchester City, Durham University, Newcastle Falcons, Galatasaray, Hampden Park, Benfica and Amsterdam Arena. SIS is part of a framework agreement to provide the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of artificial grass pitches, working in support of the Rugby Football Union (RFU), Football Association (FA) and Football Foundation (FF) capital investment programmes.

𝗔 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟰 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 ⚡

At Volksparkstadion, home of Hamburger SV, our partner Peiffer began laying the turf in the morning, and hybrid stitching was underway by the afternoon. Within four days, the pitch was fully stitched and ready for match day.

The project used Rapid-Stitch, part of our GAMEREADY Hybrid range, made possible by our Pro-X machines: the lightest, fastest and most flexible hybrid grass machines on the market.

New natural turf is laid and stitched simultaneously with SIS GRASS Hybrid fibres, on this project to a depth of 110mm, producing a fully reinforced hybrid surface in an accelerated programme.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀:

L**h Poznań have confirmed that SIS Pitches will replace the pitch at the Enea Stadium during the November international break.

Works begin the day after the club’s home match against Zagłębie Lubin and include removal of the existing pitch, preparation of the base and installation of a new natural turf pitch. The new surface will host its first match at the end of November, when L**h Poznań take on Pogoń Szczecin.

This summer we helped install a hybrid grass tennis court in Central Park, New York 🎾

Hybrid grass is usually associated with football and rugby stadiums, but the same principles apply on a tennis court.

The Polish national team’s first official training pitch, at the ZWAR sports complex in Warsaw, has recently been resurfaced by our team in Poland.

Sport Ireland's pitches were reaching end of life, so we replaced the SBR infill system with organic infill, ahead of the EU's 2031 ban on polymeric infill.

With heavy commercial use, the pitches needed a durable surface. We installed our SIS GRASS Synthetic dual-fibre system, which combines monofilament and fibrillated yarns.
