Mitsubishi ecodan air source unit installed in a new retail unit in Montrose. If we do eventually stop fitting gas boilers this is always a good alternative.
Linked up to underfloor heating and a thermal store for continuous hot water.

Important reading

Call out to a customer who had a smell of gas from boiler which was in a cupboard, tested gas and all ok and couldn’t find any leak. But In corner of cupboard was a camping stove with 4 new canisters still in the packaging. A quick test of the canisters with the gas sniffer and it light up like a Xmas tree. So if you have these portable camping Stoves then have a wee check to make sure it’s ok.
