🏗️ Project Complete – Mativ Healthcare ✅

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our project at Mativ Healthcare. Delivered within a two-week programme, the project required careful planning and flexibility to meet the client’s operational requirements. By working weekends and coordinating closely with the client, we ensured that all works were completed with minimal disruption and without impacting the day-to-day running of the business.

The scope of works included the installation of Zipwall containment systems to prevent dust dispersal, the removal and disposal of existing glazed windows and doors, infill works to former openings, the creation of a new doorway with the installation of a steel door and frame, internal cladding works, the installation of new static vinyl flooring and an air-thin box system, and full decoration throughout.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver projects within tight timescales while maintaining business continuity for our clients. Thank you to everyone involved in helping bring the project to completion.

📸 Throwing it back to our refurbishment project at Oldham College 🎓✨

It’s always great to look back on projects that have made a real difference. During the summer holidays, our team delivered a refurbishment project at Oldham College, completing the removal of existing flooring, upgrading fixtures and fittings, installing window film, and carrying out electrical works including small power, lighting and fire alarm systems.

We also installed new flooring throughout, including latex screed, carpet tiles, and durable vinyl flooring to the staircase areas. To complete the transformation, we fitted a new suspended ceiling with shadow battens and carried out decoration works, creating a fresh, modern and welcoming environment ready for students and staff to return to. 🙌🏗️

A fantastic project delivered on time and ready for the new academic year. 👏

🏔️ This September, Mark Brierley will be taking on the incredible 10 Peaks Challenge to raise funds for two fantastic causes: The Christie Charity and grassroots cricket at Glossop Cricket Club.

The funds raised from Mark’s challenge will be split 50/50 between The Christie Charity and Glossop Cricket Club, helping to support vital cancer care and research while also investing in the future of local cricket.

At Glossop Cricket Club, funds raised will help the club invest in:

🏏 Coaching and player development
🏏 New training equipment
🏏 Replacement bowling machine provision
🏏 Additional wicket capacity
🏏 Grounds equipment to maintain and improve our facilities

With participation continuing to grow, these investments will help ensure that current and future players have the best possible environment to enjoy, develop and succeed in cricket.

🚧 New Project Started – Werneth Primary School Phase 2 Extension 🏫

We’re delighted to announce the start of Phase 2 extension works at Werneth Primary School.

This project will create valuable new space and enhanced facilities for the school, helping to support pupils and staff for years to come. The works include demolition and strip-out activities, external drainage, excavation, and the construction of new foundations and substructure works. As the project progresses, we will be delivering the new extension structure, including external walls, waterproofing, structural elements, roofing, windows, doors, and internal partitions.

The internal fit-out will include plastering, suspended ceilings, flooring, kitchen installations, mechanical and electrical services, and full decoration throughout. Externally, significant improvement works will also be carried out, including new fencing, gates, kerbs, artificial grass, barrier systems, and asphalt surfacing to create a safe and functional environment for the school community.

We are proud to be involved in another education project and look forward to delivering a high-quality extension that will provide lasting benefits for the school.
