👨💼 Dan Roskilly – Surveyor & Partner
Cornish born and bred, Dan has worked in lettings and surveying since 2006. He brings specialist knowledge in surveying, building pathology and property management.
👩💼 Ellie Roskilly – Partner
One half of the team behind RDR Estates, Ellie manages the company accounts, handling rent, contractor, deposit and landlord payments with her wealth of industry experience.
👩 Raenie Roskilly – Lettings Administrator
Raenie provides a friendly face in the office and supports the whole team. Having grown up around the property industry, lettings is something she knows well!
👩💼 Georgina Triggs – Property Manager
With years of experience in West Cornwall property management, Georgina looks after repairs, maintenance and property visits, as well as valuations and new business.
👩💼 Bev Trembath – Lettings Negotiator
With over 20 years of experience in residential lettings across West Cornwall, Bev brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for building great relationships with landlords and tenants.
🐾 Lila Roskilly – Director of Tail Wags
The most important member of the team! Lila keeps everyone smiling, greets visitors and ensures no lunch is left unsupervised. Her salary is paid entirely in treats and belly rubs. 😂
