🚧 Progress Update – Another Project Taking Shape 🚧

Big transformation on this Perth project over the last week 👷‍♂️

✅ New retaining wall rebuilt; stronger than ever and repositioned further back for a safer, more practical layout
✅ Nearly 30 tonnes excavated and removed from site
✅ Major groundworks completed in an extremely tight working space with limited access
✅ Drainage and groundwork preparations continuing to improve long-term water management

We’re now moving onto the next phase:

🔨 Raised decking area currently being stripped
This project is all about creating a safer, stronger and longer-lasting solution for the client and the difference already is massive 💪

Another project underway in a stunning spot in Tibbermore 🌿🏡

The team at McMorrow Contracts have kicked off the groundwork for a new garden room, along with a beautiful cobble set pathway to complete the space. Great progress already being made, with the team working hard as always 💪

Looking forward to bringing this one to life; and ready for the next project!

🚧 Works Well Under Way – Another Project Progressing Nicely 🚧

McMorrow Contracts Ltd are currently on site carrying out major remedial groundworks and drainage improvements in Perth.

So far we’ve:

✅ Removed unsafe rotten decking and steps
✅ Broken out the unsuitable retaining wall
✅ Started moving the retaining wall back 3+ metres for a safer, more practical layout
✅ Excavated retained ground and unsuitable material
✅ Preparing for new foundations, drainage and a slabbed area

This project is all about doing the job properly; improving water management, creating safer access, and building a solid long-term solution for the client.

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we’re expanding and looking for reliable, skilled individuals to come on board.

🔧 Requirements:
✔️ Valid CSCS Card
✔️ Full UK Driving Licence
✔️ Experience in all aspects of groundworks

⭐ Highly advantageous:
• Excavator tickets
• Dumper tickets
• Other plant tickets

💰 Pay: £16 – £21 per hour (depending on experience)
🚐 Company vehicle provided after successful completion of probation period

🚧 Project Update! 🚧

We’re delighted to be working under Boyles Stonemasons, contributing to the exciting £10.5 million Feddinch Mains Golf Resort development. ⛳

Our role focuses on the conversion of an existing farmhouse/steading into a mixed-use events space — a small but significant part of this landmark project that will transform the grounds into a truly spectacular resort.

🚧 Progress Update – Estate Access Roads (3 of 5) 🚧

Yes! We work on the weekends ✅️✅️

We’re excited to share another milestone in our estate access road project – 3 out of 5 roads are now complete!

The latest road has been fully resurfaced, providing smooth and reliable access directly to the main estate house. This crucial route was delivered with the same care and attention to detail as the previous roads, ensuring minimal disruption to the protected wooded environment and wildlife.

💬 The client continues to be thrilled with the transformation — and we’re proud to keep delivering top-quality work that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

📈 With just 2 access routes remaining, roadworks are still ongoing — so stay tuned for the next update!

🚧 Progress Update – Estate Access Roads (1 of 5) 🚧

Here’s a first look at one of five new access roads being developed through heavily wooded terrain, where careful planning and precision were essential.

Working within a protected area with Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) in place, our team at McMorrow & Norris Contracts Ltd took every precaution to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding environment — while still delivering high-quality access to local cottages and farms across the estate.

💬 The client is over the moon with the results so far — and we’re proud to see this milestone come to life.
