Another room brought back to life. 🔨

This one was taken right back to the shell:

✔️ Stripped out the existing stud walls where required
✔️ Removed old wet plaster from the external walls
✔️ Re dot-and-dabbed all external walls
✔️ Reboarded walls and ceilings
✔️ Full skim finish throughout

Now left with a smooth, clean finish ready for the customer to mist coat and decorate.

Another happy customer! 👌

This job involved removing and rebuilding the brickwork above the front window after the masonry had dropped and started putting excessive pressure on the window frame.

✅ Damaged brickwork carefully removed

✅ New angle iron lintel installed

✅ Cavity tray fitted for added protection against water ingress

✅ Brickwork rebuilt and pointed to match the existing property

The customer also asked if I could tidy up their front step, so I repointed it to give it a fresh, clean finish.

Another conservatory transformation underway 🔨

We’ve taken down the old conservatory and completely squared off the footprint to create the foundations for a proper brick-built extension.

The new masonry is now starting to take shape, giving the customer:
✅ A stronger structure
✅ Better use of internal space
✅ A seamless look that ties into the existing house
✅ A much more permanent, energy-efficient extension

The middle section had become loose and uneven, so it was lifted, properly prepared, and relaid to create a solid, level finish.

All existing slabs were reused to keep costs down and ensure everything blends in with the original driveway.
