Looking for a reliable local bricklayer or handyman in St Albans / Hertfordshire for a quick, straightforward job.

I need someone to repair a small front boundary brick wall here in St Albans. It’s not an urgent project, but the budget is tight , looking to pay around £150 to £180 labour for the job.

The existing bricks can be cleaned up and reused for the repair, but any completely cracked or broken ones will be replaced. This is a perfect little earner to fit between your larger projects or over a weekend.

Another job for one of our returning customers. 🔨🏡

The existing concrete slabs at the entrance had sunk into the ground and were no longer level.

The client wanted to keep the existing slabs, so there was no need to replace them. We carefully removed them, prepared, levelled and compacted the ground, then re-laid the same slabs back into position.

We’ll be returning in the next few days to complete the next stage of the entrance — the doorstep.

We believe in giving customers the right solution for the job, rather than replacing materials unnecessarily. If something can be reused and brought back to a proper standard, that's exactly what we'll do.
