Another busy couple of days for the AJS team!

We’ve been working in Sheffield city centre, where we’ve installed a new acoustic partition wall, all ready for skimming tomorrow.

Meanwhile, progress continues on our current large commercial project, with more stud walls going up and the space really starting to take shape.

Plenty happening across multiple sites, and it’s great to see everything coming together. We’ve got some exciting projects underway and plenty more to share over the coming weeks.

Another productive day for the AJS team on our latest commercial project!

The second stud wall is now in place, with the team pushing on to get the next stages underway.

There’s a lot more to a commercial refurbishment than what you see in the finished photos. Plenty of planning, hard work and attention to detail goes into getting everything right from the start.

Good progress on our latest commercial project today!

The first of many stud walls is now in position, ready to be secured tomorrow as we continue transforming this space.

There’s plenty more work to come on this one, and we’re looking forward to seeing it all take shape over the coming weeks.

This is going to be a fantastic transformation and a great opportunity to showcase the range of work we carry out here at AJS Building & Property Maintenance Ltd.

Another day, another commercial project underway!

This one is definitely going to be worth keeping an eye on!

We’ve got an exciting transformation ahead of us, and it’s a project that will really showcase what AJS Building & Property Maintenance can do.

From the initial stages right through to the finishing touches, we’re looking forward to showing the full extent of our capabilities and the quality of work we deliver.

🚧 ANOTHER COMMERCIAL REFURBISHMENT NEARING COMPLETION! 🚧

We’re pleased to share that our latest commercial project at LNS Turbo in Wombwell is almost complete! ✅

Over the past few weeks, our team has been hard at work carrying out a full refurbishment of the factory’s toilet facilities, giving them a complete transformation with a fresh, modern and durable finish.

🔨 Works completed include:

✅ Full strip-out of the existing facilities

✅ Brand-new toilet cubicles and partitions

✅ New commercial-grade wet room flooring

✅ New sanitaryware throughout

✅ Hygienic wall cladding and panelling

✅ New suspended ceiling tiles

✅ General finishing works throughout

We’re now down to the final few jobs, with just the hand dryers and extractor fans left to install before we can officially hand the facilities back over to the client.

It’s been another fantastic commercial project for AJS, and we’re looking forward to seeing everything fully completed.

🏗️ ANOTHER BUSY DAY AT AJS BUILDING & PROPERTY MAINTENANCE! 🏗️

It’s been another busy and productive day for the AJS team, with several projects progressing and more exciting work getting underway! 💪

🧱 NEW COMMERCIAL PROJECT – Preparation works are well underway on another commercial project we’ve recently commenced, getting everything ready for the brickwork to begin.

🏫 COLLEGE SITE SURVEY – We’ve also been out to a local college today to assess the existing cladding and discuss the works required.

🚻 WOMBWELL TOILET REFURBISHMENT – Our commercial toilet refurbishment in Wombwell is now approaching completion, with the finishing touches bringing everything together. We can’t wait to share the finished results!

We’ve been a little quieter than usual on social media recently, but it’s certainly not been quiet behind the scenes at AJS Building & Property Maintenance Ltd.

Over the past few weeks, our team has been fully committed to delivering our ongoing commercial washroom refurbishment project in Barnsley, alongside attending site meetings, preparing tenders and securing multiple new commercial projects.

The photograph shows progress on our current refurbishment, where works are well underway to transform the existing facilities into a modern, practical and durable environment.

Rip-out has started on our latest commercial project over in Barnsley, with the existing toilets being stripped back ready for a full refurbishment.

We’re carrying out more and more commercial work across Barnsley, Sheffield and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking to build on that further.

This utility room & downstairs W/C has had a full transformation, giving the customer a much cleaner, brighter and more practical space.

From the plumbing and fitting through to the finishing touches, it’s another project completed by the AJS team and ready to be put to good use. 🔨🏠

Decorating & wallpapering completed by the customer.
