➡️ Two residential projects for disabled adaptations where approved by Local Authority. Can't wait to work commence on site. Clients need those adaptations to improve their everyday lives 👌🤞

➡️ Two Planning applications for large garage conversion and multiple storey extensions have been granted Planning Permissions and now are under building control process 📝✏️

➡️ MEP design coordination at University of Portsmouth student accommodation building Phase 1 is coming to final stage and we are moving to Phase 2 - two remaining buildings East & West Wings🏗

➡️ MEP design coordination for UK's one of the largest development companies, residential project 🏗🏘🏘

➡️ New Project with multiple alterations for disabled person's adaptations - complex project but so much needed 😊

➡️ 3 projects in Planning stage still waiting for various approval

✅ 4 projects fully completed and approved by Local Authority - all sets of drawings submitted to the clients

🤞 3 new projects agreed by clients and submitted to Planning Authority for approval

✅ 5 more projects passed first design reviews and are in stage of finalising the proposed scheme

🔛 6 Building Control drawings approved by Planning Authority near completion and send out to Building Control Authority

✅ 3 new projects secured and booked in for measured survey
