One of our customers in Southampton wrote in after we finished a recent job for them:

"Your team have now finished the job. I don't think we could praise them highly enough. They went about their work efficiently and respectfully. The finish is better than we hoped and they left the site clear of debris. We didn't even know they had left."

The job included reducing a section of laurel to around 9ft and reshaping it, along with removing a self-set sycamore, with the site left fully cleared. Feedback like this, on the small details as much as the finished work, is exactly what we aim for on every job.

We recently removed a conifer from a front garden in Totton, including full stump grinding and root removal.

Once the tree was down, we ground out the stump and the major roots, then cleared all the waste from site. The border is now clear and ready to be replanted or landscaped however the homeowner chooses.

The customer got in touch afterwards to say the team were "fantastic, polite, friendly, professional" and did a great job. That is exactly the standard we aim for on every job, big or small.

Excellent service all round. The tree needed re-shaping and cutting down to a manageable level for us. From the first point of contact, everything was explained with cost etc. Lads were very polite and helpful and gave advice on how to look after the tree in the future. All cleared and tidied up after. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A 100-foot Giant Redwood, standing only a few metres from the front of a recently renovated home in Chilworth.

The roots had been growing under the property for years, causing subsidence and structural damage to the house. The client had large glass windows across the front and had just completed a significant interior renovation. Conventional rigging was not an option. Any section falling or swinging could have caused serious damage.

We brought in a 60-tonne crane and a 30-metre MEWP. The tree came down in controlled sections of up to 5 tonnes each, lifted clear of the property with every single cut. Groundboards protected the block-paved driveway throughout. The stump was ground below ground level.

Down and cleared in a single day. Not a scratch on the property. 🌲
