Small fertilizer tank slab. Groundwork,formwork ,steel and concrete placement by ourselves. Smooth trowel finish. Nice and easy to start the week after a bank holiday weekend. Concrete supplied by the RGR group on 2 volumetric wagons.

Looking for a labourer. Concrete work,pin and welding of armour joint. Must be local to me. Must be able to get up in the morning. Driving would be nice. CSCS card is a must. Working away aswell.

Can we make this smart arse t**t famous and call him and his company out. This is Vincent teo. His company Breckenridge development ltd. Vincent had an alternate agenda. We were involved in the install of a concrete slab on a 1st floor mezzanine for Breckenridge developments thru a decking company. During all aspects of the install from ourselves did Vincent try to intervene and stop the pour or hold it up for no reason whatsoever. It became apparent shortly after this that he had no intentions of ever paying for this slab install or the concrete. Even after various independent surveys which showed that there was no structural issue or anything else wrong with the slab. He issued a pay less notice to my client and has delayed every way possible in paying them resulting in a non payment to ourselves. The job was completed in may. The job was in harston Cambridgeshire and the lower floor is to be an Asda upstairs is flats. I've recently visited this job and taken the pictures to show the floor is in use and his pay-less notice should not stand on the grounds he is trying to portray. He has supplied no evidence to prove the slab is unfit for purpose and by using it to carry on with his build even less evidence of this. It looks like Mr teo has previous of this by folding his company at least 4 times we know of. Which will be exactly the same I. This build aswell. I want ASDA know about this and I want other contractors to never get involved with this scum bag. If anyone knows him please by all means show him. Can we share and share the hell out this please Asda

Some of this weeks work. Way up north Mon - Thurs helping out with some large laser pours. Then a nice small oversight to finish the week off.
