Sometimes the wood has just given up the ghost.
This detailed fascia was rotten in so many places, we decided to remove it, build a template and replace it with brand new timber.

Preservation of the look and as much of the original work as possible.

Finished with Aura Exterior. Some of the finest paint on the planet.

We used woodex to Restian the existing woodwork.

Very pleased with the result.

Absolutely loved completing this renovation of a Georgian Property here in sunny Teignmouth.
New carpets have arrived!

This included some remoulding of the ceiling elements after some parts had been taken out for a wardrobe refit many moons ago.
