One of the biggest challenges we hear from companies is this:

“Getting staff trained without disrupting the job.”

That’s exactly why we offer on-site NPORS training.

Over the past couple of years at TIC SW Ltd, we’ve helped businesses:
✔ Train teams on-site
✔ Reduce downtime and travel
✔ Keep projects moving while staying compliant

Whether it’s plant training, refresher courses, or upskilling staff — we keep it simple and flexible around your schedule.

We also work closely with recruitment agencies who need workers site-ready, fast.

If you’ve got a team that needs training — or want to explore how it could work on your site — feel free to reach out.

We’ve been delivering training across the South West for the past 2 years — and thought it was about time we said hello on here 👋
Training in Construction (TIC SW Ltd) was set up to provide practical, straightforward NPORS plant training that actually prepares people for real site work.
In that time, we’ve worked with: ✔ Individuals starting out in construction
✔ Experienced operators renewing tickets
✔ Businesses needing flexible, on-site training
We know how important it is to keep jobs moving, so we always aim to make training as simple and hassle-free as possible.
If you or your team need training — or just want some advice — feel free to drop us a message.
