Project update- St Mary’s Tipton🏡

A busy first 2 weeks completed on this job with 75% of the internal rip out being completed already😆

▪️All services safely isolated
▪️All floor finished removed throughout
▪️All existing skirtings, architraves, doors & door linings removed
▪️Chimney breast removed
▪️Main internal load bearing wall removed
▪️All door ways stitch drilled and propped ready for lintels
▪️Existing laff and plaster ceiling removed
▪️3/4 of roof stripped ready for new insulation and velux to be added
▪️Old internal staircase removed
▪️Internal partitions removed upstairs

We are almost in a position to start the first fix works through out 🤩

Project update- The Hermitage Ashprington 🏡

This projects come on a long way since the last update-

▪️Both roofs finished
▪️Skylight installed
▪️Fully studded walls internally
▪️Staircase fitted
▪️Plumbing First fix
▪️Electrical First fix
▪️Fully insulated, boarded and skimmed
▪️Underfloor heating installed

Floor tilling underway this week starting get this job wrapped up ready to bring another project together on the deadline👀

Excited to see this one get wrapped up with the second fix & kitchen 🤩

Project update- Old School House Lustleigh🏡

Nice to see another one of are projects coming together. Since the last update the reinforced concrete wall has been formed and the scale of the wall is even easier to see now! 🔨🧱

Project introduction- St Mary’s Tipton🏡

Another exciting project set up and ready for demolition this week. A large scale project to involve-

▪️7 Internal knock throughs
▪️Roof to be fully stripped, insulated up to modern standards & replaced
▪️Chimney breast removed through the middle of the property
▪️Underfloor heating throughout
▪️Staircase to be repositioned internally
▪️Acoustic improvements throughout the entire property
▪️New kitchen
▪️New wood work throughout

Excited to get stuck into this job throughout winter & work alongside Sarah at HMAD architects.

Project introduction- 50 Westbury 🏡

Another project underway for the team 🔨

This one is all about opening up the house to create a more spacious living space.

Works to include:

▪️ Full kitchen rip-out and replacement
▪️ Chimney breast removal
▪️ Removal of non-load-bearing block wall
▪️ Bathroom & WC knock-through to create one large, spacious bathroom
▪️Downstairs WC added

Project update- The Hermitage🏡

Busy couple of weeks for the lads on this one-

-Bathroom fully first fixed and skimmed ready for second fix
-Kitchen flat roof formed and boarded with roof lantern trimmed into the centre
- Garage roof formed and ready for furring pieces and board
- Internal floor insulation fitted, damp down & ready for screed

A good couple of weeks pushed on this job, soon be in the dry and bringing this project over the line ✅

Project update- Old School House Lustleigh 🏡

After a busy few weeks we have the first concrete pour underway.

What was left from the debris has been dug out and taken down to a solid base. The ton sand bags have been stacked 3 high either sides to support what remains of the stonework. We are almost ready to start rebuilding the towering stone wall.

A big thanks to everyone that’s been involved so far, we are sure the locals are happy to see some progress finally being made 🧱

Project completion- Yarner Bungalow 🏡

First and foremost a massive thank you to Katie and family for being such brilliant customers throughout the process, you’ve been a pleasure to work for from start to finish🤩

With a fast paced and organised programme we were able to handover the finished extension earlier than anticipated🏡

Thank you to everyone that’s been involved in this project, the end result speaks for itself and we are very happy with how’s it all come together 😊

Ad. We’re cracking on with the family bathroom and we’re installing new skirting boards, architraves and plinth blocks today, all replicas of the lovely ornate skirting boards that are found elsewhere in the house, loving made to be an exact match by the talented team at .

Big shout out to the brilliant carpenters Will and Jack from too - they have done a fantastic job of installing all this.

You’ll also see one of our beehive solid brass door handles that we’re slowly introducing into the house as we go from the team at

The first parts of this video were shot earlier in the summer when the grass was looking a lot greener - it’s not looking like that since the hose pipe ban came into force sadly!

Project update- The Hermitage Ashprignton🏡

The team have been very busy since the last update, we have opened up the house completely with the large knock through. The reduce dig & concrete pour has also been complete. The upstairs bathroom has also had all the original lathe and plaster, existing shower and carpet removed. We are now ready to get it plastered and ready for the customer to return from there trip in Spain 🇪🇸

With 2 more large renovations beginning in September the lads have got a big push over the next few weeks 👌🏽
