Copa Countryside is run by Dave Bateson who, with over 20 years of experience in management of the rural environment, is hugely experienced and adaptable. There are three main branches to the work of Copa Countryside:

Grass mowing and weeding to raised beds and planting regimes
2. Infrastructure Management
Dry Stone Wall restoration and Stock Fencing to Drainage a

nd Footpath construction
3. Habitat Management
Tree felling and pruning to herbicidal weed control and reed planting

Self employed sub contractors required for the final push on the Celtic Rainforest Project work through to Spring 2027.

Do you love being outdoors and want to work outdoors?
Are you able to safely work all day in the mountains?
We are looking for reliable self employed workers to join an existing team working on secured contracts in the mountains of Snowdonia. Immediate starts available following successful trial days.
First aid certificate, herbicide certificate and ability to travel to remote locations a distinct advantage.
You will need to provide your own tools and appropriate PPE including cordless hand drill with spare batteries, boots with good grips and waterproofs.
