We are currently hiring for the following position:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: 18 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
Salary: £11,900 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our scaffolding business. This varied role includes scheduling jobs, communicating with clients, managing paperwork, and assisting with invoicing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking and coordinating scaffold jobs
- Handling calls, emails, enquiries, and quotes
- Sending invoices and chasing payments
- Maintaining records (jobs, clients, compliance documents)
- Supporting health & safety paperwork and inspections
- Tracking materials and equipment
- Recording timesheets and assisting with payroll
- Providing general admin and business support

About You:

- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office & Xero Accounting Software
- Previous admin experience preferred

The rain decided to take a break just long enough for the team to get this massive temporary roof over the balcony project in Stenalees today. ☀️

Lately we've been building these in a snorkel and flippers but today we actually got to see the sun!

Impressive temporary roof now in place so the lads can crack on with the balcony, come rain or shine. (Let’s hope it’s shine 😎)
