I can't believe it's been a month since I quit my 9-5 and took the leap into self-employment!!

At the start it was daunting, especially as my son had broken his leg the day before I handed in my notice. I had no clients lined up, I had plans to declutter the house and make my fortune at car boot sales if gardening didn't take off....

Well, 2 weeks before my last day of work I was fully booked!! My husband and son had been delivering my leaflets, friends and family had been telling anyone who would listen and a few Facebook posts on local groups had done the trick and people were interested in having me help them with their gardens.

My house hasn't been decluttered!

It's been a challenge doing big clearances in a heatwave and my body has been adapting to the early mornings and physical work, but I am LOVING it. Being outside, making a difference every day and being my own boss has been the lifestyle change I needed.

So if you're thinking, should I? If you're on the edge of a big life change, then this is my gentle nudge to say, DO IT... It could be the best thing you've ever done!

Did you know that the collective noun for a group of gardeners is a 'sprinkle'? Well, this sprinkle has made Thursdays my favourite day of the week since September!

We've had a lot of laughs mixed with confusion and heaps of potting off!

I will miss seeing them all every week, but I'm excited to hear about their gardening adventures as professional gardeners...

So RHS Level 2, completed it mate 💯🌿🥰
