A new chapter for this Brighton chalet bungalow ✨

We are transforming this existing home by removing the front dormer and replacing this with a first floor extension, making this property a two storey house, creating a more balanced frontage and unlocking the potential for a completely new look.

Swipe to follow the transformation as this home evolves from a chalet bungalow into something entirely new.

A home that feels like it belongs here ✨

We love the way this design combines traditional proportions with a more contemporary approach to space, light and everyday living.

From the timber garage doors and warm roof tiles to the carefully considered dormers and natural materials, every detail was designed to feel timeless rather than trend-led.

Would you choose this style for your own home?

Save this one for your future home inspiration ✨

A favourite for many ✨

The roof lantern and glazed doors bring so much daylight into the kitchen and dining space, while the traditional detailing keeps it feeling completely at home with the original property.

The dining table, kitchen island and garden all connected, it’s a space designed for everyday life.

Would you go traditional like this, or choose a more contemporary extension?
