Delighted to have secured planning permission for the refurbishment and extension of a 100+ year old house on Dungriffin Villas, with spectacular views across Howth towards the village, harbour, and Ireland’s Eye. Dungriffin takes its name from Dún Crimthaind, the ancient fort that once guarded the Bailey headland, remnants of which remain to this day — a thread connecting these houses to some of the oldest stories on Howth.

Delighted to achieve planning permission for the restoration and reconfiguration of this previously-extended 1800’s cottage in Dalkey. This refurbishment and alteration project is now moving into the detail design & tender stage, and we’re looking forward to bringing it to site in the months ahead.

Proud to be supporting Bohemian FC in the next phase of development of the Club’s training base at the Oscar Traynor Centre.

Planning permission has been secured for the relocation of the Mono Stand from Dalymount Park — a move that will help facilitate the long‑awaited redevelopment of the home of Irish football — with installation scheduled for the end of the current season.

We’ve also obtained a Section 5 declaration for the conversion of the historic Dublin Calp stone building at the OTC — the last surviving structure associated with Kilmore House — into new first‑team facilities including changing rooms, physio space, an exercise suite and an analysis room. Works will begin shortly so the team can move in ahead of next season.

With continued investment in pitches and infrastructure, the Club’s vision for the OTC is clear: to create one of the best training and academy environments in the League of Ireland. It’s a privilege to play a part in that journey.

We are delighted to share these recent photographs of our completed Grangecon project in County Wicklow, captured by .

Designed for a young family on land in their family’s ownership along the Wicklow–Kildare border, the house was conceived as an object in the landscape. Inspired by the way ancient ringforts often appear today as distinct landmarks within the wider countryside, the design responds to the site’s expansive skies and distant views towards the Slieve Bloom Mountains.

Wishing our hugely valued colleague Jozefina Godec all the best as she heads on maternity leave! Jozefina recently marked 5 years with the practice, and just this week received her Conservation Accreditation from the RIAI (Grade 3).

She has designed and delivered a number of high quality projects on behalf of the practice, with more in the pipeline due to go through planning, detail design and construction in the coming months. We’re looking forward to seeing her back with us in 2027 after this very exciting time for her!

The next project in our is this 1950s house. The original brick‑arched entrance became the generator for the new spatial connections within our refurbishment and extension project with First Class Building & Carpentry. That entrance arch marks the shift from public to private, outside to inside — so we took this element, rotated it 90 degrees, and repeated it as an internal arcade.

Running parallel to the main axis established by the original porch, the three new brick arches guide movement through the house while providing openings into the original restored dining room & new sunken living space, and offering a glazed view into the courtyard placed between them — all arranged in symmetry with the new kitchen.

We’ll share some photos from site in the coming weeks as the arcade takes shape – stay tuned!
