A storm is a-brewing and it’s time to batten down the hatches! 🌧️💨

This homeowner in Convoy is going to be lovely and toasty in their home, whatever the Donegal weather throws at them, thanks to their spray foam wall and attic insulation, completed by our busy team yesterday.

This new build timber-frame home has been insulated with open-cell spray foam to the walls and roof, which will keep the warmth where it belongs, inside! 🏡🔥

• Vent cards fitted at roof level to maintain the required ventilation
• Open-cell spray foam applied throughout
• Foam shaved flush with the timber studs
• Surfaces left neat and ready for boarding

INSULATION INSTALLERS (Full-time)

We're a well-established, reputable SEAI-approved home energy retrofit contractor based in Letterkenny and covering the county.

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on tradespeople to work with our Insulation Team throughout Donegal. The role includes installing rolled attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation to residential, community and commercial properties.

Requirements:
• Experience in the Construction Sector, with previous experience of installing insulation an advantage
• Due to insurance requirements for operating company vehicles, applicants must be aged 25+ (note: own transport arrangements for daily commute to & from HQ)
• Full driving licence, valid for use within Ireland
• Good level of English to clearly understand and follow site safety instructions, and to communicate effectively with site supervisors, colleagues and clients
• Ability to maintain detailed records (including photos) of completed work and materials used
• Valid Safe Pass would be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail — tidy work to Industry standards
• Organised and an active learner

What We Offer:
• Hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
• Pay reflecting experience and level of responsibility
• PPE and equipment provided
• Full training given, plus opportunities for development
