🆕 INTRODUCING AM ECO PLY – IN DEVELOPMENT
At AM Acoustic Materials, we’re always looking at how we can make construction materials more sustainable without compromising performance.
We’re currently developing AM Eco Ply an innovative tri-laminate panel combining:

♻️ AM Eco Board

The result is a composite panel designed to deliver the strength and versatility associated with plywood, while significantly reducing the amount of virgin timber required.
🌳 Up to 60% less wood content
By incorporating a core of AM Eco Board, we are developing a panel that can reduce the wood content of the plywood construction by approximately 60%.
That means:
- Less virgin timber required
- Greater use of recycled materials
- A more resource-efficient construction product
- Supporting the circular economy
- Designed to retain the strength and durability required for construction applications
The concept behind AM Eco Ply is simple:
Use less timber. Use more recycled material. Keep the performance.
This is another example of how we’re working to rethink traditional construction products and find practical ways to reduce the environmental impact of building materials.
AM Eco Ply is currently in development and testing, with further work being carried out to establish its technical performance and potential applications.
We believe the future of construction will not simply be about replacing one material with another – it will be about using existing resources more intelligently and designing products around the circular economy.
