A building is more than its façade. It is the outcome of a design process in which every decision must connect to the next.

At Park Hospital, Gurugram, a long, flowing façade defines the building’s identity. White vertical fins, terracotta-toned bands and extensive glazing create a distinctive architectural expression, while the curved profile culminates in a strong corner element.

At Renascent Consultants, our involvement extended across the entire journey—from site study and design development to working drawings and on-site supervision.

Because good architecture isn’t created in isolated stages. The brief, the design, the drawings and the ex*****on must work as one continuous process.

Nobody remembers an ordinary office. They remember how it made them feel.

At Renascent Consultants, we designed this office around the people who walk into it every day.

It begins at the reception, where warm timber, a soft curved desk, and a bright geometric mural say “welcome” before anyone speaks. The orange sofa and cream chairs nearby invite visitors to sit, breathe, and feel at ease. That small pause can change how a whole day begins.

In the workspace, the curved blue frames give each team a place of its own without shutting anyone out. Daylight moves freely, the desks stay clear, and the lounge is only a few steps away, so a quick conversation or a short break never feels far.

In the cabin, timber slats, soft shelf lighting, and a deep blue artwork create a calm place to think. A touch of orange adds a little energy, and the glass partition keeps the leader connected to the team instead of set apart from it.

We believe a good office does not just hold people. It supports them, welcomes them, and quietly helps them do their best work.

Because when a space understands people, they remember it for the right reasons.

Featured in SCALE Magazine.

“How Renascent Designs Healthcare for the Missing Middle” looks at how we approach healthcare design through a human-centred lens. It explores how adaptable systems and accessible models can serve communities that are too often left underserved.

For us, a hospital is not just a building. It is a place where people arrive anxious, hopeful, and in need of care. Good design should make that moment easier, with spaces that feel clear, welcoming, and within reach for everyone, not only a few.

Thank you to the team at SCALE for telling this story, and to everyone at Renascent who works every day to make care more accessible through design.

Designing the Language of Leadership!

Leadership is not only expressed through decisions. It is also shaped by the spaces in which those decisions are made.

At Graphic Era Hill University, Haldwani, we approached the Director’s Suite as a cohesive spatial language rather than a collection of rooms.

The Director’s Area is warm, composed and quietly authoritative—designed for focus, conversation and everyday work. The Meeting Room introduces a more deliberate setting, balancing a long table, restrained materials and contrasting rust-and-ivory seating to create an environment for serious dialogue. The Waiting Area softens the transition, using texture, colour, planting and warm light to create a sense of pause before the meeting begins.

Each space has its own character, yet together they establish a consistent identity: calm, confident and considered.

Good design does not need to announce authority. It creates an environment where it is naturally felt.

Prioritising Wellbeing at the Workplace.

At Renascent Consultants, we believe that good design starts with people — and that includes the people who design, too.

We recently hosted a Neuromusculoskeletal Health Camp in collaboration with FirstOne Rehab Foundation (Firstone Rehab Foundation | Physiotherapy & Rehab), focused on identifying and addressing common work-related physical concerns; from neck, shoulder, and back pain to postural and screen-related strain, issues many of us quietly live with at our desks every day.

Through professional physiotherapy assessments and practical guidance, our team got the chance to better understand their own posture and movement, and pick up small habits that can make a real difference over time.

Because we believe a healthy, pain-free team is just as important as a healthy, well-designed space. Grateful to FirstOne Rehab Foundation for this meaningful initiative, and to our team for showing up and participating with open minds.

Our Partner, Parul Agarwal (Parul Gupta Agarwal), was honoured at Häfele’s Gurugram Display Centre as part of L.I.F.E (Ladies in Furniture Ecosystem) (Hafele India Pvt. Ltd) — a platform dedicated to empowering women through honest conversations and shared learning.

As one of the leading industry voices on the panel, Parul spoke about her own journey in design and architecture, sharing the lessons, challenges, and best practices that have shaped her path so far. The discussion brought together women from across the furniture and design ecosystem, each adding their own perspective to a conversation centred on growth, resilience, and community.

Moments like these matter; not just for the recognition, but for the reminder that progress happens when women support, mentor, and learn from each other.

Grateful to Häfele for creating a space where could be heard, shared, and celebrated.

Architecture is not just about the stage, it is about the experience of everyone who enters the room.

For an auditorium, every decision matters: sightlines, acoustics, circulation, lighting, comfort, safety and the subtle choreography of movement from foyer to seat.

In this auditorium, the design brings together a strong palette of deep blue, warm timber tones and vibrant red seating, creating an environment that feels both formal and energetic. The stepped floor and illuminated aisles reinforce orientation and movement, while the layered balconies and carefully articulated wall and ceiling treatments contribute to the visual identity of the space.

The auditorium is conceived not merely as a container for events, but as an immersive environment for learning, performance and collective experience.

At Renascent, we believe good institutional architecture works at multiple levels. It must perform technically, function operationally and still create a sense of occasion.

Because when architecture gets the fundamentals right, the experience becomes almost effortless.

Design follows clarity. Always.

Parul Agarwal (Parul Gupta Agarwal), joined a panel discussion at D-arc Build 2026 (D-arc BUILD) on 18th September 2026 to discuss how AI and BIM are reshaping the way architects design, plan, and build.

She spoke about how AI isn’t here to replace design intuition; it’s here to support it. From speeding up iterations during early design stages to catching clashes before they become costly site problems, AI and BIM together are helping architects spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on the ideas that actually shape a space.

She also touched on how these tools are changing collaboration itself; with architects, engineers, and contractors now working off the same intelligent model, reducing miscommunication and rework across a project’s lifecycle. But she was clear about one thing: technology should assist good design thinking, not dictate it. The most successful projects will always be the ones where human judgment and creativity still lead the process.

Grateful to D-arc Build, Creative Group LLP, and Smart Habitat Foundation for creating this platform for such an important dialogue.
